Brand-new hotel with useful and attentive staff and great views of the mountains. Favourable, wonderful location near the Greyhound station. Based near to an Art Museum and 5 blocks of the Convention Center, the market and the USBC tournament.

Reasonably priced breakfast with delicious made-to-order omelets in the lobby. Accommodating staff, newly renovated rooms with a beautiful interior. Great location, within walking distance to an art gallery and a theater.

The elevator door closes very quickly. Got separated from my friend..... but it was so funny. He said he went up twice before he was able to get off. LOL

I was treated horribly by the Reasurant on site. Ordered Room service to save time so I could make my flight and no food ever came . I then went to Reasturant to pick up order only to be told they never put it in . horrible!

The staff here were welcoming, the location was perfect for reaching Juarez airport easily, the room was tidy and had 2 beds, and a delicious warm breakfast was served in the lobby.

We had an amazing stay at this fabulous hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily explore the nearby attractions and entertainment options. The hotel's architecture was stunning, and the lobby, bar, and pool were all beautifully designed. Our room was stylishly decorated and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We also had a great view from our window. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, even offering us a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. this place exceeded our expectations and we had one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had in the United States.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the El Paso Museum of Art, Plaza Theater, and restaurants. The lobby, bar, and pool are beautiful. The rooms are well-decorated and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is modern and pretty. The staff is kind and welcoming.

Great location. Good security. Near good musuems and good places to eat. Excellent value for very affordable price. Friendly, helpful staff. It will be my home in El Paso when I visit the city in the future.
